ceτi AI is excited to announce an expanded purchasing agreement with Cedarcross International Technologies, Inc. for three additional high-performance computing (HPC) servers. Each server will be equipped with 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs, with an option to buy an additional 200 identical HPC servers. This agreement signifies the successful completion of ceτi AI’s pilot-scale installation in British Columbia and paves the way for a 25x expansion of the ceτi AI Global Infrastructure Network, allowing for increased GPU and server allocation through Q3, 2024.
The new servers, powered by NVIDIA’s cutting-edge H100 GPUs, are expected to be delivered in approximately 45 days, enhancing the network’s capacity to support a wide range of AI application development and research. The company’s pilot installation offers a state-of-the-art solution for web3 protocols, independent development teams, and advanced AI research teams in an 8-server, 64 GPU scalable unit that can be expanded linearly and indefinitely.
In addition to the immediate network expansion, the agreement also includes the option to purchase up to 200 identical HPC servers from Cedarcross by September 30th, 2024, demonstrating both companies’ dedication to continued growth and technological advancement in the decentralized AI sector. ceτi AI has identified potential hyperscale data center locations for the additional servers in Montreal, New Jersey, and Santa Clara, and is currently seeking investment for their procurement, installation, and initial operation.
Dennis Jarvis, CEO of ceτi AI, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with Cedarcross, stating, “We are experiencing unprecedented demand from institutional developers, independent researchers, and blockchain protocols for the physical chip and server infrastructure that will drive the upcoming Age of Artificial Intelligence. Establishing the vast physical infrastructure for decentralized AI requires strong partnerships, top-notch talent, and close collaboration to achieve our common goal. We are proud to collaborate with Cedarcross as a valued partner that embodies all of these qualities.”
